OverCLoud Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the OverCloud app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by MistSoft (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages

• The time spent on the Application

• The operating system you use on your mobile device

• User Account Information (Email Address & User ID): We use third-party services like Google Sign-In (Firebase Authentication) to create and secure your account. These services provide us with your email address and a unique User ID (UID), which we use for account identification, data storage (Firestore), and to restore your game data.

• In-Game Nickname: We collect the unique nickname you create to identify you among other players in the game.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to mist3358@gmail.com. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to aid the Service Provider in improving the Application and their service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

Please note that the Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policy about handling data. Below are the links to the Privacy Policy of the third-party service providers used by the Application:

• AdMob

• Firebase (including Analytics, Authentication, Firestore) 

• Google Sigin in 

• Unity

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;

• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;

• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please proceed with account deletion within the app or contact them at sbk3358@mistsoft.kr and they will respond in a reasonable time. 

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider (sbk3358@mistsoft.kr) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

In-App Purchases

Our Application includes optional in-app purchases, which are processed by the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. We only receive confirmation of the purchase (e.g., purchase history) from Google Play to provide you with the purchased in-game items or services.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.

애플리케이션은 귀하가 다운로드하여 사용할 때 정보를 수집합니다. 이 정보에는 다음과 같은 정보가 포함될 수 있습니다.

더 나은 경험을 위해, 서비스 제공자는 애플리케이션 사용 중 귀하에게 sbk3358@mistsoft.kr.을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 특정 개인 식별 정보를 제공하도록 요청할 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공자가 요청하는 정보는 서비스 제공자에 의해 유지되며 본 개인정보처리방침에 설명된 대로 사용됩니다.

제3자 접근

집계되고 익명화된 데이터만 주기적으로 외부 서비스로 전송되어 서비스 제공자가 애플리케이션 및 서비스를 개선하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 서비스 제공자는 본 개인정보처리방침에 설명된 방식으로 귀하의 정보를 제3자와 공유할 수 있습니다.

수신 거부 권한

귀하는 애플리케이션을 제거(uninstall)함으로써 모든 정보 수집을 쉽게 중단할 수 있습니다. 귀하의 모바일 기기 또는 모바일 애플리케이션 마켓플레이스나 네트워크에서 제공하는 표준 제거 프로세스를 사용할 수 있습니다.

데이터 보관 정책

서비스 제공자는 귀하가 애플리케이션을 사용하는 동안 그리고 그 이후 합리적인 기간 동안 귀하가 제공한 데이터를 보관합니다. 귀하가 애플리케이션을 통해 제공한 사용자 제공 데이터의 삭제를 원하시면 앱 안에서 계정삭제를 진행하거나 sbk3358@mistsoft.kr로 연락해 주시면 합리적인 시간 내에 응답하겠습니다.

아동

서비스 제공자는 13세 미만의 아동으로부터 고의로 데이터를 요청하거나 마케팅하기 위해 애플리케이션을 사용하지 않습니다.

애플리케이션은 13세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 서비스 제공자는 13세 미만 아동의 개인 식별 정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 13세 미만의 아동이 개인정보를 제공한 것을 발견하는 경우, 서비스 제공자는 즉시 해당 정보를 서버에서 삭제합니다. 귀하가 부모 또는 보호자이고 귀하의 자녀가 당사에 개인정보를 제공한 것을 인지한 경우, 서비스 제공자가 필요한 조치를 취할 수 있도록 (sbk3358@mistsoft.kr)로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

보안

서비스 제공자는 귀하의 정보 기밀성을 보호하기 위해 노력합니다. 서비스 제공자는 처리하고 유지하는 정보를 보호하기 위해 물리적, 전자적 및 절차적 보호 장치를 제공합니다.

변경 사항

본 개인정보처리방침은 어떠한 이유로든 수시로 업데이트될 수 있습니다. 서비스 제공자는 이 페이지에 새로운 개인정보처리방침을 게시하여 변경 사항을 귀하에게 통지할 것입니다. 계속 사용은 모든 변경 사항에 대한 승인으로 간주되므로, 변경 사항에 대해 정기적으로 본 개인정보처리방침을 검토하는 것이 좋습니다.

본 개인정보처리방침은 2025-11-01부터 유효합니다.

인앱 결제

당사의 애플리케이션은 Google Play 스토어에서 처리하는 선택적 인앱 결제를 포함합니다. 당사는 귀하의 신용카드 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 당사는 단지 귀하에게 구매한 인게임 아이템이나 서비스를 제공하기 위해 Google Play로부터 구매 확인 내역(예: 구매 기록)만을 전달받습니다.

애플리케이션을 사용함으로써, 귀하는 현재 및 향후 수정될 본 개인정보처리방침에 명시된 대로 귀하의 정보를 처리하는 데 동의하는 것입니다.
