Account Delete

1. Method of Request The Member (user) may apply for account deletion (service withdrawal) at any time through the 'Delete Account' button located within the in-game 'Settings' menu.

2. Alternative Method If the Member is unable to access the game or cannot use the in-game deletion feature for any reason, the Member may request account deletion by contacting the Company's customer support via email at sbk3358@mistsoft.kr.

대체 방법 회원이 게임에 접속할 수 없거나 기타 사유로 인해 인게임 삭제 기능을 이용할 수 없는 경우, 회사의 고객지원 이메일(sbk3358@mistsoft.kr)로 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

3. Identity Verification When deletion is requested via email as stipulated in Clause 2, the Company may require the Member to provide necessary information (such as Nickname, User ID, Device Information, or registered Email Address) to verify their identity as the legitimate account holder.

본인 확인 제2항에 따라 이메일로 삭제를 요청하는 경우, 회사는 계정의 정당한 소유주임을 확인하기 위해 회원에게 닉네임, 이용자 ID, 기기 정보, 등록된 이메일 주소 등 필요한 정보의 제공을 요구할 수 있습니다.

4. Effect of Deletion Upon a valid deletion request made through the in-game feature (Clause 1), the account will be immediately and permanently deleted. For requests made via email (Clause 2), the account will be permanently deleted immediately upon the Company verifying the Member's identity. Once deletion occurs, all of the Member's personal information collected by the Company (including Nickname, ID, Device Information, Email) and all associated in-game data (such as characters, items, virtual currency, and game progress) will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed.

삭제의 효과 제1항에 따라 인게임 기능을 통해 유효한 삭제 요청이 이루어지는 경우, 계정은 즉시 영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 제2항에 따라 이메일로 요청된 경우, 회사가 회원의 본인 확인을 완료하는 즉시 계정이 영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 삭제가 완료되면 회사가 수집한 회원의 모든 개인정보(닉네임, ID, 기기 정보, 이메일 포함)와 모든 관련 인게임 데이터(캐릭터, 아이템, 가상 재화, 게임 진행 기록 등)는 영구적이며 복구 불가능하게 파기됩니다.

5. Irreversibility and Disclaimer The Member acknowledges that once the account and all associated data are permanently deleted, they cannot be recovered for any reason. The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the Member due to the deletion, provided the Company has acted in accordance with these Terms.

복구 불가능 및 면책 회원은 계정 및 모든 관련 데이터가 영구적으로 삭제된 후에는 어떠한 사유로도 복구될 수 없음을 인정합니다. 회사가 본 약관에 따라 삭제 절차를 진행한 경우, 회사는 삭제로 인해 회원에게 발생한 어떠한 손해에 대해서도 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6. 정보 보관의 예외 전항에도 불구하고, 회사는 계정이 삭제된 후에도 '전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률' 등 관련 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 거래 기록, 분쟁 해결 또는 기타 법적 의무를 위해 필요한 경우 특정 정보를 보관할 수 있습니다.

6. Exception for Data Retention Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may retain certain information for a period stipulated by relevant laws and regulations (such as the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.) if required for transaction records, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations, even after the account is deleted.
